Please Fix "Please try again in a moment" bug on boat

It's not only happened in docks but in another places as well, I stuck in Sycraia Underwater Ruins and reloggin doesn't fix the issue, it wasted a lot of my time.
As they said time is money, and for every second I stuck in this stupid bug I swear I'll spend less money in your game!

This also happens when you ride a Donkey/Elephant/Wagon if you were trying to summon Black Spirit by pressing /
