hi, i accidentally choose a normal character , how do i change to season character without dropping any levels

You can only create a Season Character at the Character Creation Screen.
Once you create a new season character, you can always do ask for help in the group chats or even join a guild for assistance in boosting levels.

Hi, sadly that feature isn't available. You still have time to make a season character, levelup and enhance gears just before the season ends.
