Question
I only get box for season player when doing awakening with non season character. Cannot open and now only have canon awakening weapon. Is this a known bug? Did it with two different characters, one before finishing the Media quest line and one after with same results. Can anyone assist?

Hi, if this is a bug may I suggest a support ticket to get a more official response? You can also update this post so people who encounter the same issue can refer to it.
