Hello Alvin, it affects anything as long as it is not a real human player. So it works with sausans,shultz etc.

All pve "mobs" are considered monster for the calculation of damage. So all PVE attack mods work vs them, there are some additional things like Kamaslyvia Damage on Narc earrings that work on mobs from that region.

Hi Calvin, it works on all Non-player enemies.

If Target is categorized by the Game as "monster" even if they are human, then the +20 Monster Damage applies. Note that this will not stack with other monster damage add-ons. Now, if you want to maximize the damage into a Human target (Monster) then I suggest you also use "red battlefield crystals". These crystals has +5-10 Human Damage (depending on crystals). The Human Damage Crystals stacks with Monster Damage add-ons / Skills as long as the target is "monster category". But only Human  Damage will be applied when you are PvPing. Likewise, if you are solely focusing on grinding Kamasylvia, use Kamasylvia damage modifier accessories like Narc earring.
