You can't fast travel from town to town. But there is an item that can help you travel to the nearest town Traveler's Map it has a 6 hrs cooldown and will help you teleport to the nearest town/city to you.

TIP: Buy regular Travelers Map in Central marketplace. Buy [Oasis] Traverlers Map as well. This 2 items does not share cool downs so you can use this concecutively.

You can buy from Central market will cost you 500k and you can also buy from Oasis Merchant for 1 silver. 

Just wanted to add that to travel faster in this game we use horses. There are 9 different tier of horses in the game. You can either tame them yourself or buy them from the horse market.

Fast travel is not really a thing in BDO. But to list some available transport options: By mount By air balloon (Grana - Calpheon - Altinova - Valencia) By Griffon (Velia to Illia Island), (1 in Duvencrune area)
