This is the MMORPG Black Desert.

We would like to inform you about an issue regarding the 'CBT Celebration Bonus Pearl Event'.

The 'CBT Celebration Bonus Pearl Event' allowed Adventurers to receive 20% extra pearls if they purchased pearls during the event period.

However, we confirmed that some Adventurers received less than the correct amount of bonus pearls compared to what they were supposed to receive.

We have now sent the missing amount of bonus pearls to those Adventurers that were affected.

The missing pearls can be checked in Web Storage. They will be sent to the in-game mailbox after you select the character within Web Storage and collect the pearls.

We would like to offer our sincerest apologies to all Adventurers who were affected by this inconvenience.

As part of our apology, we have prepared a reward for affected Adventurers below, so please check the reward in the Web Storage as well.

■ Sent to : Adventurers who received less than correct amount of bonus pearls

■ Reward : 2 Energy Tonics (Medium)

■ Sent to : All Adventurers who participated in the 'CBT Celebration Bonus Pearl Event'.

■ Reward : 1 Milk Tea
