During the August 24, 2022 (Wed) maintenance, your Black Desert account will be integrated with the Pearl Abyss ID account. Please read the guide below to learn everything you need to know so that you can proceed with the integration process.
Q. How do I integrate my account with the Pearl Abyss ID account?
After logging in using your existing login method, the integration with the Pearl Abyss ID account is complete! You will now be able to use the official site and access the game.
① Log into your existing account.
② You will receive a pop-up message about the verification integration process.
③ Start the verification integration.
④ Click the “Verification” button. A verification code email will be sent to the email address you used to log in. Follow the steps listed in the email to complete the verification.
⑤ Your Pearl Abyss ID account will be created once the verification is complete!
⑥ When you log in again to the account, the account integration will start.
⑦ Once the account integration is complete, the login screen will appear again. Once you log back into the account, you will be able to access the official site and game.
Q. A screen asking me to create a Pearl Abyss ID appears.
Input the email address and password you will use for your account, as well as the required personal information, then complete the email verification steps to create your Pearl Abyss ID account.
Q. What happens if I was using a One-time Password (OTP)?
What if I can’t enter my OTP code?
If you lost your OTP code or cannot access your OTP, you can use a backup code to unlock your OTP and proceed with the account integration process. However, if you cannot find your backup code, please contact us via Support Center for further assistance.
What if there is an OTP for an existing Pearl Abyss ID that was using the same email address as my Black Desert account?
If the email address of your Southeast Asia Black Desert account and your existing Pearl Abyss ID are the same, and both are set up with an OTP, then the OTP of your existing Pearl Abyss ID will be automatically set as the one required for your new login.
Q. What happens if I was using PC Registration?
If you want to add or disable any PC Registrations, you can now do so more easily than before.

Q. What if my existing Pearl Abyss ID was converted to an inactive account?
[!] Inactive accounts that are not logged in to for 4 years or more will be deleted! Please make sure to reactivate your account before it is deleted and complete your Pearl Abyss ID integration!
Q. I received an error during the ID integration. What should I do?

Q. How long do I have to complete the Pearl Abyss ID integration?
Q. After the Pearl Abyss ID integration, the Black Desert Terms of Services asks me to agree to terms in the game launcher.
