Free Trial Pass
This is a pass that allows you to enjoy Black Desert for free without purchasing a package for a set period of time. However, you must get the “Permanent Game Pass” or purchase a package to continue enjoying Black Desert after the Free Trial period ends.
* Any previous Free Trial Pass records will be reset at the start of this event, so you can still get a Free Trial Pass even if you’ve previously used one before as long as you’re eligible for the event. So, don’t worry about missing out!
Permanent Game Pass
This is a coupon that allows you to permanently enjoy Black Desert for free without purchasing a package. If your account fulfills the event requirements, you’ll receive the permanent game pass during the next following maintenance.
* You can still purchase packages even if you have a Permanent Game Pass.
* Additional Notices
- You must reach Lv. 20 during the event period to receive the “Permanent Game Pass".
- If you’ve previously reached level 20 while playing on a Free Trial Pass before the event period, you must re-achieve level 20 on a different character to receive the permanent game pass.
- The 30-Day Trial Pass can be obtained from the [30-Day Free Trial] button on the official Black Desert website. However, you must fulfill the eventequirement before January 4, 2023 (Wed) 23:59 to obtain the permanent game pass.
- If you fulfill the event requirement before January 4, 2023 (Wed) 23:59, you’ll receive the game pass during on January 5, 2023 (Thu).
- Trial Characters cannot be used to participate in the event.
- If you received the 30-day free trial pass during the event period, you can still access Black Desert during the coupon validity period even after the event ends.
- Accounts that have already purchased packages will not be eligible for the permanent game pass.
- You will still be able to purchase and upgrade packages after getting the Permanent Game Pass.
- Purchased Acoin and packages cannot be refunded in accordance with the Black Desert Terms of Service.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
- Event items may have restrictions (sale/trade) and/or different binding settings/expiration dates. Due to this reason, these items cannot be transferred or restored.
- For details such as whether the item is bound, please refer to the in-game item description.
- Items and/or rewards that were normally used cannot be recovered.
- Participating in the event using inappropriate methods may result in a cancellation/retrieval of your reward(s) and/or restriction from the game.
