If you’re an Adventurer who is listed as an event winner, please follow the steps below.
① You’ll receive an email at the email address associated with your Black Desert account.

- These emails will be sent sequentially from February 10.
- If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder/box.
- If you still cannot find the email in your spam folder/box, please contact us via [Support].
② Complete and submit the “Agreement to the Collection and Use of Personal Information” contained within the email before February 24, 2023 (Fri) at 23:59 (GMT+8).
- If you fail to submit the agreement before the specified date, we will not be able to ship the event prizes.
③ Event prizes will be shipped after the agreement submission period.
- If an event prize exceeds 50,000 KRW, Pearl Abyss will bear the cost of public taxes.
- In order to deliver the physical rewards, the winners shipping information is required, and the consent is required for us to collect the information.
- You cannot transfer your “status as a winner” to another person and you cannot receive monetary rewards or other merchandise instead of the designated prize.
- If your account is restricted for violating the Operational Policy before you receive the event prizes, you may be disqualified as a winner and have any prizes withdrawn even after being selected as a winner.
- Event prizes may be changed to other products of equivalent value without prior notice depending on mitigating circumstances.
- Pearl Abyss reserves the right to change or cancel the event depending on mitigating circumstances. If changes are made, they can be found on this event page.
